What are soy candles?
Soy candles are candles made from soy wax, a natural and renewable resource derived from soybean oil. They offer cleaner and longer burn compared to paraffin wax candles.

Are your candles handmade?
Yes, all our candles are hand-poured and hand-labelled in small batches to ensure quallity and attention to detail.

Are your candles eco-friendly?
Absolutely! Our candles are all made with natural soy wax, high quality fragrance oil & essential oil, lead-free cotton wick, eco-friendly wood wick and reusable glass jar, each come in linen pouch for easy reuse.

Are your candles safe for pets and children?
Our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients and emit minimal soot, making them safe for pets and children when used as directed. However, we always recommend keeping candles out of reach of curious little hands and furry friends.

How long do your candles burn?
Generally, our candles burn for appoximately 16-18 hours for 1.8oz Cottonwick soy candles and up to 40 hours for 6.8oz Woodwick soy candles. For best results, always follow our burning instructions included with each candle.

Will your candles expire?
Our candles have a recommend shelf life of approximately 12-18 months, depending on the scent and storage conditions. To ensure the best result, we recommend to using them within this timeframe after you receive it.

Do you offer gift wrapping of personalised message services?
Yes! We do have giftbox packaging add on options. You can also include a personalised message with your order, just let us know in the remarks column during checkout.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-6 working days once payment is completed. You will receive an automated shipping notification email with tracking details. East Malaysia and International orders may take longer depending on the destination.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, next-day delivery option is available for delivery within KL and Klang Valley, you may select 'Express Delivery' during checkout. Please note that additional charges may apply for express shiping service. If your address is not covered in our system, feel free to ontact us with your shiping address for a quote.

Do you accept bulk or custom orders?
Yes, we accept bulk orders for corporate events, weddings, and special occasions. We also provide customisation options for personalised gifts and special requests.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to selected countries. Simply enter your address during checkout to see if we ship to your location and to calculate shipping costs.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, e-wallet, e-banking and online bank transfer. Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed.

Do you sell your candles on other platforms?
Yes, you can also find our candles on Lazada and Shopee.

What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your product received is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours from the day you receive the product.  Provide us your order number and some photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we'll assist you with a replacement.
